[pullquote align=”right” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]“The nice thing about teamwork is that you always have others on your side.”
– Margaret Carty[/pullquote]You have been facing your challenges on your own for far too long now. You have come to realise that in order to conquer these you are going to need some help. Which is where I come in! I am on your side, cheering you on and supporting you. I’m also there to kick your backside if you don’t put everything into what we’re doing.

You and I work together to help you overcome that issue. Whether it’s a single session, or a long term coaching relationship, I am committed to helping you to achieve everything which we agree upon upfront.

It is important to remember that none of this is something I “do to” you! You can’t just sit there while I wave a magic wand and everything is OK (it would certainly make both our lives easier if that were the case!). Rather, this is something through which I guide you.

Working TogetherLook at it this way. If we were both stood by the side of the road, and you did not want to cross it, there is nothing I could do to make you cross it. Even if I picked you up and carried you across, you’d just cross back again the moment I set you down. However, if you DID want to cross, then I could gently guide you across – you’d have to follow my directions, but when you do you will get to where you want to be much more quickly.

Which is why even though I can help anyone, I will not work with just anyone; I am not interested in the dabblers, the “Well I’ll give it a try I guess”ers, the “Come on then, fix me”ers. I will only agree to work with people who are genuine, serious and committed about making change, and who are prepared to follow my guidance and do whatever it takes to get the results they seek – regardless of how hard, difficult, or puzzling it may appear at times.

That’s what being a team is all about – everyone working together, each pulling their weight, doing everything they can, sharing the load, to enable the team to reach its agreed-upon destination.

If that’s you (and let’s face it – the fact that you are reading this and you have got this far means that it IS you to a tee!), then please do get in touch and let’s have a chat about where you want to go and what’s stopping you. Then, if we both agree we are a good fit and would work well together, we can investigate your options.
